By downloading or using FluentPath, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

FluentPath is a language learning platform providing video content, listening/speaking practice with AI, and community connection.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activities under your account.

Your use of FluentPath is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your data.

AI responses in conversation practice are automatically generated and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for how you use this content.

FluentPath Pro offers the following auto-renewable subscription plans: Weekly, Monthly, 3-Month, 6-Month, and Yearly, as well as a one-time non-renewing Lifetime plan. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew for the same duration and price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.

When using Discussion or Talk Now features, you agree to respect others and not share inappropriate, violent, or spam content. We maintain a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for objectionable content and abusive users. Violators will have their content removed immediately and their accounts terminated within 24 hours.

You may not attempt to reverse engineer the app, use automated tools to abuse quotas, or share copyrighted content without permission.

All content, trademarks, and technology in FluentPath are owned by TNPixel. You retain ownership of your posts but grant us a license to display them.

FluentPath is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

TNPixel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the application.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms.

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
