We collect account information (name, email), learning preferences (native language, target language, level), usage data (vocabulary studied, sessions completed, streaks), device information, and crash reports.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: provide and improve the NowFluency service, personalize your learning experience, track learning progress, send reminders (if enabled), and display relevant advertisements.

3. Speech & Audio Data

When using AI conversation practice, speech is processed on-device using Whisper AI — no audio is sent to our servers. Audio from Talk Now sessions is peer-to-peer and is not stored.

4. Community Content

Posts, comments, and profile information you share in the Discussion tab are visible to other users. You may delete your posts at any time from within the app.

5. Third-Party Services

NowFluency integrates with: Google AdMob (advertising), RevenueCat (subscription management), YouTube API (video import), and Firebase (analytics & crash reporting). These services have their own privacy policies.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all data at any time via Settings → Account → Delete Account.

7. Data Security

We implement HTTPS encryption for all data transmissions and industry-standard security measures. No internet transmission method is 100% secure.

8. Children's Privacy

NowFluency is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe this has occurred.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to: access your personal data, correct inaccurate information, delete your account and data, and opt out of marketing communications at any time.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. Significant changes will be notified through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
