By downloading or using NowFluency, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.
2. Service Description
NowFluency is a language learning platform providing video content, listening/speaking practice with AI, and community connection.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activities under your account.
4. Privacy
Your use of NowFluency is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your data.
5. AI-Generated Content
AI responses in conversation practice are automatically generated and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for how you use this content.
6. Premium Subscriptions
NowFluency Pro offers monthly, yearly, or lifetime plans. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled 24 hours before the renewal date.
7. Community Guidelines
When using Discussion or Talk Now features, you agree to respect others and not share inappropriate, violent, or spam content. We maintain a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for objectionable content and abusive users. Violators will have their content removed immediately and their accounts terminated within 24 hours.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You may not attempt to reverse engineer the app, use automated tools to abuse quotas, or share copyrighted content without permission.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and technology in NowFluency are owned by TNPixel. You retain ownership of your posts but grant us a license to display them.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
NowFluency is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
11. Limitation of Liability
TNPixel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the application.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
